Brothers and Sisters, our beloved Savior knows us intimately. He feels every emotion we feel and understands every challenge that we confront with faith and endurance. When we are overwhelmed by life’s difficulties, we can take comfort in knowing that Jesus has empathy for what we are going through. His love for us never wavers, no matter how insurmountable our struggles may appear.
As children of God, our Father in Heaven always provides ways to alleviate the anguish that comes with adversity, when we open ourselves to the guidance of the Holy Ghost. Our loving Savior is constantly with us – comforting us and granting us peace as we strive to overcome any obstacle that lies before us.
He is aware of your challenges, your heartache, and your pain
It may feel like you are alone, and that everyone around you has life figured out, but I have some news for you, we are all enduring difficulties, feeling deep heartache and intense pain. The specifics of our life trials may be unique, but the emotional strain is universal.
I want to assure you that the Lord is well aware of each one of us and our individual circumstances. He loves us, understands us, and stands ready to help if we will turn to Him in faith.

He has promised us that He will not forsake or leave us alone. He has suffered all things so that he can succor us. Even if I can’t understand the trials that you are going through our Savior has suffered them so that He can help us.
Hold fast unto every good thing; lean on God in prayer and trust in his infinite power as these difficult times pass, because they will come to pass.

Lean on Him for strength and comfort today
Today is the day to turn to our Heavenly Father and seek His divine provision. In times of struggle, it is so incredibly important to remember that we don’t have to go through our hardships alone; in spite of any challenges we may face, He will never leave us but rather embrace us with open arms.
One way that you can lean on Him today is by taking a few moments to read your scriptures, and praying, asking for His guidance. Doing so will help you remember that the Savior knows you—and loves you—no matter what difficulty or sorrow may befall you. When you read, reflect, and pray you will feel not only the love of God but also the peace that comes from knowing He is there for us.
Gratitude and thanksgiving can also bring us joy and peace even in the midst of our trials. Taking a moment each day to express appreciation for all that we have—for every blessing, no matter how small—can make an immense difference in our lives.
Our Savior Jesus Christ is always with us. He knows our weaknesses and doubts, as well as our strengths. His love for us is infinite, and He desires to lift us in our times of struggle.
